We offer two production channels, and we recommend the right one (or a combination of both) based on your project:
Channel 1 — Dominican Republic Production
Our Santiago-based apparel partner handles local production, which is ideal when your merchandise needs to coordinate with cigar manufacturing, packaging, and event logistics already happening in the DR. This channel is best for orders that need to integrate with your cigar production pipeline — event apparel for ProCigar, factory tour merchandise, or team uniforms for your DR-based operation.
Channel 2 — International On-Demand Printing & Fulfillment
For the broadest product range, fastest turnaround, and delivery anywhere in the world, we work with a global printing and fulfillment network that offers thousands of customizable products — from apparel and headwear to drinkware, signage, and packaging — using advanced printing technologies including screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-garment (DTG), sublimation, and heat transfer. This channel offers no minimum order quantities on many items, express shipping options, and the ability to order anything from a single sample to thousands of units.
