We are embedded in the manufacturing process through our partnership with DAVTIAN Premium Cigars — a super-premium manufacturer in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, producing classic cigars that compete at the level of Aurora, Davidoff, Fuente, Carrillo, and La Flor Dominicana.

Direct factory access — no brokers, no markups from intermediaries, no communication delays. You work with our team and the factory works with us.

Premium tobacco sourcing — we draw from established grower relationships across the Dominican Republic (Cibao Valley, Villa González), Nicaragua (Estelí, Jalapa, Condega), Honduras (Danlí, Copán), Ecuador (Connecticut Shade, Habano wrappers), and specialty origins including Mexico, Cameroon, and Indonesia.

Blend development with purpose — we don't offer a catalog of pre-made blends and let you pick one. Every blend is developed to match your brand's identity, your target consumer's palate, and your price point. Samples are produced, evaluated, and refined until the cigar is exactly right.

Quality control at the source — our team oversees rolling quality, wrapper selection, construction consistency, and draw testing before a single cigar ships. We reject what doesn't meet the standard.

Aging and fermentation management — proper tobacco preparation takes time. We manage fermentation schedules and aging protocols to ensure the leaf is ready, not rushed.

Our focus is exclusively super-premium classic cigars. We do not produce flavored or infused products.

What to Expect: Timeline & Investment

We believe in transparency. Here's what a typical private label project looks like:

Timeline — Most projects move from first conversation to finished product in 4 to 8 months, depending on blend complexity, packaging design, and production scheduling. Simpler projects (single blend, standard packaging) can move faster. Multi-line launches with custom packaging take longer. We set realistic milestones at the start and keep you updated throughout.

Minimum Order — Our standard minimum is 500 cigars. This allows us to maintain super-premium quality standards while giving new brands a manageable first run. Orders below 500 are considered on a case-by-case basis and carry a 13% per-unit premium to reflect small-batch production costs.

Investment Range — Total project cost depends on cigar quantity, vitola (size), blend complexity, and packaging choices. As a general guide: a first production run of 500 to 1,000 cigars with custom bands and standard packaging typically starts in the low-to-mid four figures. Larger runs with custom wooden boxes, luxury packaging, and multiple blends scale accordingly. We provide a detailed quote after the discovery call — no surprises.

What's Included — Every private label engagement includes blend development and sampling, factory coordination, band and packaging design, quality control oversight, and production management. Go-to-market strategy, staff training materials, and launch event concepts are included for full brand launches.

How It Works

Step 1 — Discovery Call We learn your vision, market, budget, and goals. We discuss your target consumer, desired flavor profile, intended price point, and brand identity. No templates — just honest conversation. This call is free and comes with no obligation.

Step 2 — Concept Development We define your flavor profile, brand positioning, and production approach. You'll receive a written concept brief outlining the recommended blend direction, vitola options, packaging approach, and preliminary budget.

Step 3 — Factory Introduction & Sampling We connect you with the right manufacturing partner and guide the sampling process. You'll receive physical cigar samples for evaluation. We refine until the blend is exactly what you want — no compromises.

Step 4 — Brand & Packaging Design Band artwork, box design, and all packaging elements are developed and refined until they meet the standard. Production-ready files are delivered to the printer. We coordinate with packaging vendors to ensure everything arrives at the factory on schedule.

Step 5 — Production & Quality Control Your cigars are rolled, inspected, and prepared for shipping. Our team oversees quality at the factory — checking construction, draw, wrapper appearance, and consistency across the run.

Step 6 — Delivery & Launch Support Finished product is shipped to your location. We provide launch assets, tasting notes, brand sheets, and staff talking points. For full brand launches, we support your go-to-market plan with event concepts and content guidance.
