Custom Personalized White Label Cigars for Any Occasion: The Cigar Prof One Stop Shop
Some moments deserve more than a toast. A wedding, the birth of a child, a company milestone, a retirement after a lifetime of work. These are the occasions people remember, and for generations a fine cigar has been the gesture that marks them. At Cigar Prof Consulting Group, we take that tradition one step further: we create custom, personalized white label cigars made for your occasion, carrying your name, your story and your design.
And we do it all under one roof. From the tobacco field to the finished box in your hands, Cigar Prof is your one stop shop for personalized cigars.
From the Field to Your Celebration
Look closely at a young tobacco field and you see the beginning of every great cigar: straight rows of green leaves, tended by hand, season after season. Before a cigar is ever rolled, the leaf is grown, harvested, cured, fermented and aged by people who have spent their lives mastering the craft.
When you work with Cigar Prof, you are connected directly to that heritage. Our cigars are handcrafted in the Dominican Republic through our factory partner Prima Tabac, with no brokers and no middlemen between you and the people who make your cigars. That means real control over quality, honest communication and a product you can be proud to put your name on.
What Are Custom White Label Cigars?
A white label cigar is a premium, handmade cigar produced by an experienced factory and finished with your own identity. Instead of a third party brand, the band, the box and the presentation belong to you. The result is a cigar that feels made for the moment, because it was.
A personalized cigar can carry a couple's names and wedding date, a company logo, a family crest, a commemorative message or a fully original brand. It is a gift your guests will keep, photograph and talk about long after the event.
Personalized Cigars for Any Occasion
There is no occasion too intimate or too grand. Our clients order custom cigars for:
Weddings and engagements: bands with the couple's names and date, presented to the groomsmen or offered to every guest.
Births and christenings: the timeless "it's a boy" or "it's a girl" cigar, reimagined with the baby's name.
Birthdays and anniversaries: milestone years celebrated with a cigar made only for that night.
Corporate gifts and client appreciation: a refined, memorable gift that carries your company brand into the boardroom.
Retirements and promotions: honor a career with something more personal than a plaque.
Grand openings, golf tournaments and galas: a signature cigar that becomes part of the event itself.
Holidays and private celebrations: limited editions for family, friends and loyal customers.
Lounges, hotels, restaurants and clubs: a house cigar that strengthens your brand every time a guest lights one.
The Cigar Prof One Stop Shop Concept
Most people who want a custom cigar quickly discover they need a blender, a factory, a label designer, a printer, a box maker and someone to coordinate it all. Cigar Prof brings every one of those pieces together, so you have a single partner and a single point of contact from the first idea to the final delivery.
Blend development: we help you choose a flavor profile, from smooth and creamy to rich and full bodied, and guide you through wrapper, binder and filler options.
Size and format: classic vitolas such as Robusto, Toro, Churchill and Belicoso, selected to suit your guests and your occasion.
Personalized bands and labels: custom designed bands with your names, logo, date or message, including premium finishes such as gold foil and embossing.
Boxes and presentation: elegant cigar boxes, gift packaging and individual presentation that match the importance of the moment.
Handcrafted production: every cigar rolled by skilled hands in the Dominican Republic, factory direct through Prima Tabac.
Quality control: careful inspection of construction, draw and finish before anything leaves the factory.
Logistics and import guidance: practical support to bring your cigars from the factory to your door.
One partner. One conversation. One finished product that carries your name with pride.
How It Works
Tell us about your occasion. Share the event, the audience, the quantity you have in mind and the impression you want to leave.
Choose your cigar. We recommend a blend and format, and samples can be arranged so you can taste before you decide.
Design your band and box. We create your personalized label and packaging and refine it with you until it is exactly right.
Approve and produce. Once you approve the final design, your cigars are handcrafted and finished in the Dominican Republic.
Receive and celebrate. Your personalized cigars arrive ready to present, gift or sell.
